Description
Falcon is a product made for the Bootstrap Marketplace by ThemeWagon Ltd., released before I joined the company. After joining the team, I was tasked with researching existing top-selling admin templates and proposing approaches that could help increase sales. Based on my findings, I applied several modifications to the product, which helped boost its position from 14 to 2 within just a couple of weeks.
Eventually, I became involved in designing multiple pages and dashboards under supervision, and later supported fellow designers in researching and designing even more pages across different application categories.
To ensure the product stayed relevant over time, the Figma file had to be kept updated with every new feature release. I had the opportunity to supervise and manage these updates regularly.
Key Tasks
Researched competitors to find out how the product could perform better in the long run
Introduced modifications to the existing products which increased a number of sales in result
Helped creating multiple dashboards that enriched the collection of pages
Collaborated with developers closely for a finished and polished outcome
Supervised the creation of a Figma file for an almost 10 years old template
Redesigned the side navigation, increasing sales and making it a top-selling template.
Conducted thorough research to identify the most effective strategies, leading to a complete overhaul of the side navigation. This enhancement not only boosted sales significantly but also positioned it as a leading template in the Bootstrap marketplace.
Supervised the update of the Figma file to align with the latest features
I took charge of overseeing the comprehensive update of our Figma file, ensuring it accurately reflects the most recent features and enhancements. This involved collaborating closely with the design team to incorporate their feedback and make necessary adjustments, ultimately creating a more cohesive and user-friendly design that aligns with our evolving project goals.
Helped designed various pages and components, including 4 dashboards
I was heavily involved in designing several pages and components, including four detailed dashboards. Each dashboard was crafted to address unique user needs, presenting key data in a way that was both intuitive and visually engaging. My efforts significantly improved the user experience, making it simpler for users to explore and interact with the information.
